 A range of conference and event management services are available including running small seminars or workshops through to organising awards dinners, festivals, large corporate conferences and factory openings.  KTR offers delegate & venue management, AV & production services, budget control, press liaison, project planning along with the hands on delivery of events.  

KTR is committed to reducing carbon emissions & works to help all clients hold sustainable events.
 Project management experience includes aerospace engine design, build and testing, IT infrastructure, change management, lean manufacturing, business mentoring programs, running science and regional arts competitions and publishing.

KTR has PRINCE 2 accreditation and membership of the Association for Project Management.

Extensive experience of managing complex, global supply chains on site and remotely.  KTR have worked with manufacturing and engineering companies to set up and run supply chains for Rolls Royce Aerospace in order to deliver key components  on time and to exacting standards.

Examples of Projects and Events

Rolls-Royce Aerospace - Project Management of a series of major logistics & supply chain global projects as well as key and supporting components in the Trent XWB Jet Engine for the new Airbus A350.  Managing the design, manufacturing, delivery and testing of components at sites in the UK, Japan, South Korea, Italy and the USA to strict quality and material requirements to ensure the best quality and performance possible was delivered to the client on time and on budget.
Staffordshire Police and Fire & Rescue Services.  This saw KTR reviewing their business change proposals, producing a business case and then delivering a range of projects to combine numerous support functions across the services to improve the efficiency of service provision and the facilities and functions for operational teams.

 KTR organised the Opening of United Utilities Wastewater Treatment Plant in Liverpool by HRH The Princess Royal.  This also included a ferry trip down the Mersey Docks and a film and light show across a giant basin of wastewater being processed.
